What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship only with Priority Registered Post via Lithuanian Postal Service. Your order will be sent within 1-5 business days after payment received. We always try to ship as quick as possible in order you could get your purchases faster. All items we ship are with number of registration services by Post as it will be able to track your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship products to all countries in the world. When you purchase more than one piece of the same or other item on the same order, you will save of the Shipping and Handling cost per each additional item. Please note that all faq taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Packages sent within Europe and to addresses outside of Europe are sent via Priority Registered Post Air Mail. Shipping takes about 10 days within European Union, so usually order arrives to addresses in Europe approximaly 1-2 weeks. Shipping to USA and Canada takes 1-4 weeks (usually shipping takes quite fast, but it only depends on postal services). Other countries up to 5-8 weeks. Please note that possible customs handling will add days sometimes weeks to delivery.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal. PayPal is a most popular and safe tool for sending and receiving money online.

Do I need a PaPyal account to place order?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to place the order. You can use your credit card. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, PayPal’s Buyer Protection may reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage. Buyer Protection can cover your eligible online purchases, on any website, when you use PayPal.

How do I place an Order?

Choose any category and pick any item you’d like to order. Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it’s not necessary. You don’t need to create an account to place an order and proceed to checkout. But we recommend to create an account by marking the check box “Create an account” and using a valid email address when placing an order online, this will allow you to log back in to view your order history, tracking and other useful information.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a package registration number and link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link on order tracking page, you will be able to check the status of your order. Please check other shipping terms in FAQ.

How Can I Return a Product?

Let us know if you are not satisfied and we will find the way to solve this problem. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Wood is a unique material, so some raw material pieces may be different and have a different texture of wood. We respect our clients and if something goes wrong, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. Items can be returned within one week after receiving it. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
